Mount Elgon is an extinct volcano located on the border between Uganda and Kenya. It is the fourth highest mountain in East Africa, with its highest peak, Wagagai, standing at 4,321 meters above sea level. Sipi Falls is a series of three waterfalls located in the foothills of Mount Elgon, in Eastern Uganda. The falls are a popular tourist destination due to their scenic beauty and the opportunities they offer for hiking and outdoor activities. The first waterfall, known as the Lower Sipi Falls, is the easiest to reach, while the Upper Sipi Falls require a more strenuous hike. The third waterfall, known as the Simba Falls, is the most remote of the three.
